Kraken value

Kraken is worth 0.04 today. Out of the 128 rare items that carry a price, that puts it at number 99. Across every priced item in the game it is number 769. Most rare items land near 0.16, so Kraken trades 75% less than the middle. For the ceiling, look at Cane Knife: 525, or thousands of times what this one is worth. Nobody trades this singly, so the value comes as a bundle: 1 X (T1) Rare.

Kraken has a source demand rating of 1/10 and a rarity rating of 1. These are community ratings, not measured sale times or guaranteed offers. Compare the actual items on both sides before accepting. Kraken is marked "Stable" by the source list. This describes its current rating; it does not predict a future price. Its numeric value is modeled rather than an individually quoted price.

Even swaps look like 2x Plaid Gun (0.02 each), or 5x Coal Gun 2022 (0.008 each), or 9x Marina (0.005 each). Between Ritual at 0.04 and Sharkie Knife at 0.04. Either works if this one is not available.

Nearly everything here is worth a fraction of a point. We list it all because people look it up, not because there is money in it.

Treat rares as small change. Filler that rounds a trade off, not something you build around. If a trade needs more than a couple of rares to balance, the trade is kinda not balanced. Add a legend instead.
