Delete Your Account

When we delete your account, we remove:

• Your profile (display name, avatar, Roblox username, bio).
• All public chat messages and private DMs you sent.
• Every trade post you made on the trade feed.
• Your wishlist, saved items, and inventory (if used).
• Your ratings and reviews.
• Your push notification token and device info.
• Your Pro subscription record on our side.

• Cancel your Pro subscription first. Apple and Google handle billing, so you must cancel in the App Store or Google Play settings. Deleting your account alone does not cancel billing.
• Save anything you want to keep. Once your account is gone, we cannot bring it back.

1. Open the MM2 Values app.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.
4. Your account and data are removed within 72 hours.

Fill in the form below. When you tap Send deletion request, your mail app will open with a pre-filled message to our team. Just hit send from your email app and we will take care of it.

We process deletion requests within 72 hours. You will get a confirmation email once your data is gone.

Some small bits of data, like logs and backups, may stay for a short time after your account is removed. Those are cleared on our normal retention schedule (see our Privacy Policy).

If you want to delete only some items, like one chat message or one trade post, you do not have to delete your whole account. Email [email protected] and tell us what you want removed.

Deleting your account removes your profile, your sign-in identity, every chat message you have sent, every trade post you have created, and any direct-message threads you took part in. Once processed, none of it is recoverable by you or by us. There is no archive we can restore from on request.

Your account is not connected to your Roblox account or to any in-game items. Deleting here removes your data from this site only; nothing changes inside Murder Mystery 2, and no items are affected either way.

A few things survive account deletion, and it is fair that you know which. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics, such as how many trades were posted in a month, remain, because they contain nothing that points back to you.

If a message of yours was reported and actioned for a rule breach, we keep a minimal moderation record. That record is what stops a banned account from being recreated immediately, and keeping it is what makes the chat usable for everyone else.

Value data is never personal. The item prices on this site come from community trade activity in aggregate and contain no account information, so nothing there is affected by a deletion request.

You do not need an account to use most of this site. Looking up any value on the value list and checking any trade in the trade checker both work signed out. An account is only needed to post trades and send messages.

If the problem is another player rather than the site, blocking them or reporting the message may solve it without losing your own trade history. If it is about notifications or visibility, email us first. There is often a smaller change that does what you want.
