Delete Your Account
You can ask us to permanently delete your MM2 Values account and your data from the website and the mobile app. This page tells you what will be removed and how to send a request.
Warning: account deletion is permanent. You cannot undo it.
What will be deleted
When we delete your account, we remove:
- Your profile (display name, avatar, Roblox username, bio).
- All public chat messages and private DMs you sent.
- Every trade post you made on the trade feed.
- Your wishlist, saved items, and inventory (if used).
- Your ratings and reviews.
- Your push notification token and device info.
- Your Pro subscription record on our side.
Before you delete
- Cancel your Pro subscription first. Apple and Google handle billing, so you must cancel in the App Store or Google Play settings. Deleting your account alone does not cancel billing.
- Save anything you want to keep. Once your account is gone, we cannot bring it back.
How to delete — option 1: from the mobile app
- Open the MM2 Values app.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
- Your account and data are removed within 72 hours.
How to delete — option 2: fill out this form
Fill in the form below. When you tap Send deletion request, your mail app will open with a pre-filled message to our team. Just hit send from your email app and we will take care of it.
How long it takes
We process deletion requests within 72 hours. You will get a confirmation email once your data is gone.
Some small bits of data, like logs and backups, may stay for a short time after your account is removed. Those are cleared on our normal retention schedule (see our Privacy Policy).
Want only part of your data removed?
If you want to delete only some items — like one chat message or one trade post — you do not have to delete your whole account. Email [email protected] and tell us what you want removed.
