These terms explain the rules for using the MM2 Values website and mobile app. Please read them carefully. By using the Services, you agree to these terms.
MM2 Values ("MM2 Values", "we", "us") is a fan-made project that helps Roblox Murder Mystery 2 (MM2) players check item values, run trade checks, and trade safely. We are not made by, endorsed by, or part of Roblox Corporation or Nikilis.
The Services include the MM2 Values website and the MM2 Values mobile app (iOS and Android). Features may include:

You can use much of the Services without an account. To post trades or chat, you need an account. You agree to:

We may remove any content, suspend, or delete any account that breaks these rules — without warning if the break is serious.
You own what you post. By posting content on the Services (like trade posts, chat messages, or display pictures), you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to show, copy, and share that content inside the Services so other users can see it.
You can delete your content at any time. After you delete, the license ends except for backups and copies other users may have already seen.
Some features may need a paid "Pro" plan. If you buy Pro, your purchase is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Their rules apply to billing, refunds, and cancellations.
We do not see or store your credit card info. To cancel, go to the App Store or Google Play subscription settings on your device. Deleting your account alone does not stop billing.
MM2 values on the Services are our best guess of what each item is worth, based on public trade data. Real trade prices can go up, down, or sideways fast. Always double-check before you trade. We are not responsible for any trade loss.
The Services may link to Roblox, YouTube, Discord, or other sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Visiting those sites is at your own risk.
The MM2 Values name, logo, website design, and code belong to us. You may use them only inside the Services. You may not copy, sell, or rebrand them. All Roblox and Murder Mystery 2 names, art, and in-game items belong to Roblox Corporation and Nikilis.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep things working, but we do not promise the Services will be free of bugs, always online, or 100% accurate. Use the Services at your own risk.
To the fullest extent the law allows, MM2 Values is not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages from using the Services — including lost trades, lost data, or lost profits. Our total liability will not be more than the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (which, for most users, is zero).
You can stop using the Services any time. We can also suspend or end your account if you break these terms or if we need to stop a security risk. If your account ends, the parts of these terms that should live on (like our IP rights and liability limits) will still apply.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post a notice on the website and in the app for big changes. If you keep using the Services after a change, you agree to the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where MM2 Values is based, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Courts in that location have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
