Reporting a value that looks wrong
Values on this site come from live community trade data and re-check every 10 minutes, but no value list is ever perfect. Items released during an event, or ones that suddenly get hyped, can move faster than the feed catches.
If a price looks off, the report we can act on quickest includes three things: the item name exactly as it appears on its value page, the value you believe is correct, and roughly what you have seen it trading for. Screenshots of completed trades help more than anything else, because they show a real clearing price rather than an asking price.
What we cannot do is change a value on request alone. Prices track what the community actually trades at, so a single opinion — including ours — does not move the number. If several traders report the same gap, that is a strong signal and we will look at it.
Reporting a bug
For anything broken in the trade checker or the trade feed, tell us the page you were on, what you expected, and what happened instead. Your device and browser help us reproduce it — most bugs that only affect some players turn out to be specific to one browser.
Reports about another player — scamming, harassment, spam in chat — should include their username and roughly when it happened. We can act on chat and trade-feed conduct on this site. We are not affiliated with Roblox or with the Murder Mystery 2 developers, so we cannot action anything that happened inside the game itself; those reports belong to Roblox support.
What to expect
We read every message. Replies usually take a day or two, and longer at weekends. Value corrections with evidence are the fastest to action; feature requests we read and keep, but rarely reply to individually.
Common questions are often already answered in our trading guides — particularly how values are calculated and what the demand and stability tags mean.
Suggesting a feature
Most of what this site does started as someone's email. The suggestions that turn into features are usually the specific ones — not “make trading better” but “I keep having to open two tabs to compare a chroma against its base version.” Tell us the thing you find annoying and roughly how often you hit it.
If you are asking for a missing item, include the exact in-game name and where it came from — an event, a box, a code. Items sometimes exist in game before they settle into a tradable value, and knowing the source tells us which it is.
Things people email us that we cannot do
Recover a scammed item. We are not Roblox and we have no access to anyone's inventory. Nobody who offers to restore a scammed item can actually do it — that offer is itself one of the more common follow-up scams. If you were scammed in-game, report it to Roblox directly.
Middleman a trade. We never hold items for anyone, and no member of this site will ever offer to. Treat anyone claiming to middleman on our behalf as a scammer.
Raise an item's value. Values follow real trade activity. We could not inflate one without breaking the only thing that makes the list worth reading.
